This is a “First North American Rights” contract wherein Windhover publishes it first, after which the author of the work can do whatever they want with it, for profit or otherwise, and Windhover lays no claim to anything beyond that first publication.

  3. Hello,

I am interested in submitting some works for the 2013 edition. Are there more specific criteria for submissions in prose and poetry, such as length, theme, genre, etc? I want to make sure I submit my best, most appropriate work for consideration.

    Thank you for your help.
