  • A few minutes ago, I found my copy of your first issue that was edited by some college friends and looked you up to see if you were still alive and kicking. Glad to see that you are. However, in this electronic age, why don’t you have past issues online?

Have you ever tracked down your early editors to see what they are doing these days (if still alive)?

  • Hi Allen,

With the turn-over of a new editor and staff every year, there hasn’t been a consistent system for archiving PDFs of the books so they can be displayed online. I’m going to ensure that this year’s book is online for viewing.

We don’t have reliable contact information for most past editors. Now that the NCSU email address runs with Gmail our addresses will never expire, so we can keep in better contact going forward.

Thanks for enjoying Windhover, and if you’re in the Raleigh area on April 16, drop by the Crafts Center for the 2012 release party.

  • Hi,
I am updating the Traditions Brick and Windhover is in the brick under the student media page. It currently states that, ” it has received the highest national awards for student publications in 2004, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010.” Is there anything you would like to add to the list of awards or would like us to update?

    Sabrina Baker
