Minutes | January 28

Members discussed previous week’s potential members based on interviews.

Made contact with one member

who was not in attendance and asked when they would arrive.

Announcement:

No panel discussion on February 15th anymore.

Condition for canceling panel discussion.

Must have exceptional Sunshine Week…something more than hanging out suckers on the brickyard.

Possible ideas for replacing panel:

  • Student media training-Working with Tyler and Bradley.
  • Round table discussion. Driven by the people that come.  Make it a scholar’s event, ask professors to allow students to get credit for attending.

Advisor notes that academia need to be included in round table discussion.

Decision: We are definitely going to have a training session in conjunction with Student Media and Tyler.

Potential clubs to advertise to?

  • College Democrats, College Republicans, Student Government, Campus Ministries
